TEKA PURO ÜRETİM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ
DATA SUBJECT APPLICATION FORM
Article 11, Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698 ("KVKK"), grants the data subjects ("Data Subjects"), defined as the relevant person, certain rights regarding the processing of their personal data.
The application form is designed to establish your relationship with TEKA PURO ÜRETİM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ ("Teka Puro" or "Company"), to identify your personal data processed by Teka Puro, if any, and to respond to your relevant application accurately within thelegal period.
To safeguard the security of your personal data and to prevent unlawful data transfers, Teka Puro may request additional information for identification and authorization. If the information provided by the applicant is not accurate and/or current, or if the requests areunauthorized, the applicant is responsible for this matter.

Pursuant to KVKK, and the Communiqué on the procedures and principles of application to the data controller, you may submit your requests within the scope of your rights listed in article 11, KVKK to the Company using this form and one of the methods described below.
Your requests submitted to us shall be responded to within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request, depending on the nature of the request, pursuant to the KVKK and other legislation. Our responses shall be provided to you in writing or electronically inaccordance with Article 13 of the relevant law.

In the event that theinformation you provide in this form is not accurate or current, or in the event of an unauthorized request, the Company shall not be liable for any requests resulting from such inaccurate information or unauthorized requests.
